The room was good-sized and had a magnificent view. The food was outstanding with a lot of options. Our hotel was in a good location very close to the tram to the Great Orme. Besides, we where right by the promenade and pier, beach and the pier, on the front.

The property is homey, it has efficient and attentive staff at the reception desk. Make sure you stay in the superior king room with tea, separate bedroom, for instance. Our hotel is set in a central location just off the bay and promenade, the beach after breakfast, and the pier, hop-on hop-off and near the center.
The bathrooms are cold.

Pity, but the beds were pretty small, and views were not very good.
